Ankana Properties is a boutique agency located, but not limited to the, Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and was incorporated as a company during 2013. Our management was previously part of the well known Durr Estates Group, but elected to take the plunge and start up a brand new agency. The idea behind the clean slate was to ensure that corporate red tape will never limit our service to our clients.
